Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join firm with a practice largely focused on employment and personal injury matters; but we also handle criminal and a variety of other (sometimes odd) matters from time-to -time. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience as a paralegal to include all aspects of civil discovery, the ability to summarize medical records and compile medical bills and other incidents of loss in civil actions, and familiarity with legal billing and invoicing. Quickbooks and accounting knowledge a plus.
