Associate Attorney - Government Investigations The candidate should have 1-3 years of legal experience in areas such as working in the enforcement division or office of a federal or state agency that enforces consumer financial protection laws or working in private practice representing creditors or service providers to creditors responding to federal or state agency investigations or in litigation. Outstanding legal writing and communication abilities. Effective time and project management. Experience using and managing e-discovery platforms and willingness to work in a team environment.
