# Legal Intake Paralegal at JT Legal Group, APC JT Legal Group, APC is looking to hire an experienced Legal Intake Paralegal to join their team in Glendale, California. This full-time position offers a salary of $25 - $35 an hour. The successful candidate must have at least one year of intake experience and three years of paralegal experience. ## Job Description JT Legal Group, APC is seeking an experienced personal injury Intake/paralegals to join their Personal Injury team. The candidate will work with their amazing litigation team and assist with various aspects of litigation. The firm prides itself in providing a stellar client experience and zealous legal representation. Every candidate must have experience: * Working with electronic files * Drafting and filing complaints * Propounding and responding to discovery for personal injury cases * Calendaring deadlines * With some aspect of intake The candidate must be able to take direction, be skilled and experienced, organized, capable of performing internet research, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft office, be familiar with the rules of civil procedure and Federal knowledge is a plus, or willing to learn, and have great attention to detail. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to conduct a detailed intake with the client to get all the information needed to start working on the case. Depending on the injuries, the candidate may also be responsible for scheduling initial appointments for particular clients and opening insurance claims. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for collecting medical reports and bills. They will also act as a backup for the main sales team. ## Benefits The successful candidate will receive dental, health and vision insurance.
