Legal Secretary Assistant The candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys, including preparing documents and correspondence and answering all incoming telephone calls. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is necessary. Bachelor s degree is needed. Prior experience in a litigation firm is needed. Excellent command of Adobe and MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and strong attention to detail and ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines is advantageous.
