Patent Attorney - Electrical Engineering/Computer Science The candidate must have excellent written communication skills, a strong electrical engineering and/or computer science background, a law degree from a top law school and a USPTO registration number. Should preferably have excellent academic credentials, significant engineering/science and legal work experience within the patent field, the ability to learn quickly a wide range of technologies, at least a small book of business and 3+ years of experience as a patent prosecutor. Primary responsibilities will include patent preparation, prosecution and analysis.
