Paralegal- Trial Department The candidate will be providing support to the attorneys with trial preparation through. Management of the scheduling order and deadlines therein. Preparation of Witness/Exhibit Lists, Pre-Trial Inserts and Pre-Trial Orders. Working with the attorneys to identify key evidence for trial and then marshalling that evidence for introduction at trial. Requesting/preparing trial subpoenas (State & Federal Courts). Scheduling trial testimony of experts/clients treating physicians. The candidate should have 2-5 years of Casualty Litigation experience. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
