Legal Secretary The candidate will perform clerical and administrative functions including but not limited to providing the firm's lawyers with direct assistance, scheduling, filing, mailing, copying, billing, managing records, answering phones and serving as the firm's receptionist, indexing and updating pleadings and discovery, managing diaries/calendars and making travel arrangements, communicating with vendors, technology professionals, opposing counsel, clerks, and other staff, and assisting with firm's charitable activities. Prefer that candidate be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
