Wage & Hour/Employment Attorney The candidate will assist in protecting the people. Must have 3+ years of experience practicing employment law, including extensive deposition and trial experience, and excellent writing skills. Portable business is a plus. Must have experience in both fields and be willing to travel throughout Florida and throughout the country as needed. An interest in growing with the Firm would be ideal. Must be capable of handling a large case volume and be able to interact effectively with clients on a regular basis.
