Part-Time Probate Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist with Trust and Probate Estate Administration. Assist with Court Appointed Representation of Conservatees and Minors. Draft Pleadings such as Petitions, Objections, and Motions. Meet with/Communicate with Clients regarding Case Status & Questions. Draft Discovery. Conduct Depositions. Court Appearances via Zoom and In Person. Strategize with lead attorney to resolve complex trust/probate & conservatorship matters. Draft Estate Plans. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in Civil Litigation. Experience with court pleadings and appearances, depositions, and discovery is needed. Should be trustworthy, honest, and hard working lawyer with experience as a civil litigation attorney.
