Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will draft and review all documentation necessary to complete bankruptcy cases. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Must have 2-3 years of solid experience working as an attorney in the bankruptcy arena. Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations is required. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws essential. Must be able to attend hearings and mediations throughout the State of Florida. Working UCC knowledge is needed. Should be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
