Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate will handle a busy desk Heavy medical malpractice emphasis on the cases. Trial litigation experience is a must. Responsible for all aspects of the cases assigned to including gathering medical records, filing pleadings, discovery, correspondence, trial documents, expert witness scheduling and trial preparation. Should have 5+ years experience at a minimum.
