Part-time Immigration Attorney Candidate will handle detained removal cases and criminal defense. Will be appearing for detained immigration cases at the NWDC and covering criminal cases. Appear in removal hearings. Appear in criminal defense hearings. Qualifications: Must be licensed in Washington state Bar. 1-2 years experience in removal defense. Preference given to those who also have criminal defense experience. Preference given to bilingual English-Spanish speakers.
