Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will work with experts and Partners to evaluate the merits of a potential case and develop case theories. Manage cases to ensure efficient flow and maximize value. Conduct and defend depositions. Draft/review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, expert exchanges and other correspondence. Prepare for and participate in trials. Provide superior client service. Prior experience practicing personal injury, medical malpractice or litigation required. Strong research, writing and analytical skills required. Strong commitment to exceptional client service required. Admitted to practice law in NY & in good standing required. Bilingual is a plus.
