Bankruptcy/Foreclosure Paralegal, Springfield The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm. Prior experience in Bankruptcy is required. Knowledge of bankruptcy software and electronic filing is a plus. In addition, Candidate should have Foreclosure experience in MA and/or CT with electronic filing being a plus. The duties of this position include file and time management, preparation of firm and court documents, and significant contact with clients and courts.
