The successful candidate will have a college degree or paralegal certificate, two or more years of experience as pre-litigation or litigation paralegal either in plaintiff or defense, and be familiar with online court e-filing systems such as ECF/Pacer. Job Responsibilities: Field Intake Calls for Potential New Cases associated with assigned campaign(s) Manage Internal Filing System for all cases Filing of Complaints and service on Defendants pursuant to CMOs (Case Management Orders) and/or PTOs (Pre-Trial Orders) issued by the court Draft and serve Written Discovery (Plaintiff Fact Sheets/Plaintiff Profile Forms) pursuant to CMOs (Case Management Orders) and/or PTOs (Pre-Trial Orders) issued by the court Assistance with Medical Records Requests and Organization Maintain Communication with Clients, providing updates, fielding phone calls Gain and maintain up to date knowledge of assigned campaigns Job Requirements: College Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred 2+ years of experience as pre-litigation or litigation paralegal either Plaintiff or Defense Familiar with Online Court E-Filing Systems specifically ECF/Pacer.
