Foreclosure Defense Paralegal The candidate will be calendaring, scheduling hearings, meditations, hearing preparation, etc. Draft legal documents pertaining to foreclosure defense including, but not limited to: pleadings, answer and affirmative defenses, discovery requests consisting of interrogatories/production/admissions, and other relevant legal documents. Regular communication with clients, mortgage servicers, investors and attorneys by phone and email. Monitor and ensure compliance with Florida Bar regulations. Record and store client information. Should have 2+ year of PQE.
