Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle: Case evaluation. Summarizing depositions and medical records. Coordinating extensive discovery activity. Noticing and setting depositions and maintaining calendars. Drafting pleadings, answers, and discovery. Complying with all court imposed and other deadlines. Assisting with trial preparation. Manage a busy docket of insurance defense cases. Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as an insurance defense litigation paralegal. Strong oral and written communication skills. Effective organizational skills and ability to manage work for multiple attorneys and cases. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Worldox is preferred.
