Associate Attorney The candidate must have: JD Degree from an ABA accredited school and 1+ year (preferably two) experience in litigating employment matters, including: Experience in researching, drafting and opposing substantive motions, including: Motions for Summary Judgment, Demurrers, Discovery Motions such as Motions to Compel and Writs and Appeals. Experience making court appearances and arguing motions before the Superior Court. Experience taking and defending depositions. Experience drafting writs and appeals. Must have outstanding verbal and written communication and research skills. A great attitude about litigation and working in a team environment and able to eventually handle cases from intake through trial and then appeal. Bilingual skills (Spanish) and class action experience would be helpful, but are not necessary. Experience in Federal Court is helpful.
