Part-Time Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be proficient in typing their own work, be able to perform e-filings in State and Federal Court and appellate filings, have familiarity with all phases of litigation preparation (e.g., pleadings, discovery, evidence and trial organization), and must have excellent people skills, as the position involves interaction with clients, physicians, opposing counsel, and the courts or administrative agencies. Must be a self-starter, highly organized, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, track deadlines, exercise good judgment, set priorities as necessary and have strong computer skills in the use of various databases and software applications.
