Litigation Paralegal (Defense) Duties: Request medical and other pertinent records. Review, research and investigate records. Organize and summarize documents, conducting Bates-stamping and preparing indices and chronologies. May draft discovery responses. Organize exhibits, files and other supporting documents. Prepare for and attend trials. Qualifications: High school or equivalent (Preferred). 2+ years A? experience as a litigation paralegal (preferably in defense). Prior experience reviewing and researching medical records and preparing for and attending trial is strongly preferred. Solid organizational skills. Experience prioritizing a heavy workload. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Solid working knowledge of microsoft office. Acute attention to detail. High motivation. A strong work ethic. The ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task. The desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
