Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have extensive experience in civil litigation in Texas. Must have experience working in a law firm, must be energetic, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, must be able to work well under pressure, and should possess exceptional communication and writing skills. Must have experience with billing and time management and familiarity with medical terminology. 5 years experience in litigation a requirement, experience in the insurance defense industry a plus. Must have a working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are also essential.
