Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and drafting settlement demand letters to send to insurance companies. Managing multiple clients and tasks at once. Contacting clients, insurance companies, and medical providers as necessary. Maintaining confidential information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information. Arranging and following up with client care as needed. Ensuring progress towards case settlement. Drafting legal documents. Other duties as assigned. The candidate should preferably have High school or equivalent. Should preferably have 1 year of personal injury experience and 2 years of paralegal experience. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Should have effective written and oral communication. Should have outstanding organization and attention to detail. Should have the flexibility to handle changing and growing workloads. Should be positive and professional relationships at all levels, task-oriented and focused. Should have the ability to take direction. Should be a self-starter. Should have basic computer skills, experience with office tasks.
