MedMal Associate Attorney The candidate should be admitted in NY with 2 years of solid medical malpractice litigation defense experience including depositions and discovery, motion practice, records review, and trial prep. Admission in New Jersey is a plus. Must be proficient in online research, electronic billing codes, medical records review, and have excellent writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with appellate writing.
