Associate Attorney The candidate duties include: Attending USCIS interviews (Los Angeles, Santa Ana, San Bernardino, Chatsworth); Attending Asylum and NACARA interviews; Attending master, bond and merits hearings; Preparing clients for interviews and answering client questions; Preparing waiver packets; Drafting motions, briefs, appeals; Providing guidance and answering questions for paralegals/assistants; Reviewing packets and forms before submitting to immigration court or USCIS; Researching the law and keeping up with changes and/or updates. Must have 1-2 years of immigration experience. Admission to practice law is needed. Must be bilingual (Spanish/English preferred). Experience in removal defense and/or family based immigration is needed.
