Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals as well as interviews with USCIS. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Qualifications: Previous experience in immigration law is preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right individual who desires learn about immigration law and be a strong advocate for the immigrant community of the U.S. Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
