Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with the partners in the firm, assume significant responsibility and play a substantive role in all matters. Participate in the development of high value complex personal injury cases. Litigate cases, including motions practice, hearings, depositions, and trials. Meet with prospective clients to outline the firm's capabilities and evaluate the case criteria. Law degree from an accredited U.S. Law School is required. Should be graduated in top 1/3 of the class. Should have 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with preference given to those with trial practice experience. Spanish skills are preferred. Should be licensed one State Bar.
