Paralegal The candidate working with the firm's Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, should be highly motivated with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in a regional or national law firm. This position will assist and support all aspects of a very busy litigation practice, including: preparing and responding to written discovery, calculating dates and calendaring significant deadlines, drafting of legal motions, correspondence, and other duties as assigned. Experience in Colorado and federal court filings is required, multi-state experience is a plus. Knowledge of appellate and bankruptcy work is a plus. Advanced knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office) is required, including TOC and TOA's. Familiarity with document management systems such FileSite, and litigation support systems is preferred. Knowledge of Serengeti is a plus. Real Estate knowledge is extremely advantageous (lending, closings, title, and property). Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, exhibit meticulous attention to detail and produce accurate and high-quality work product.
