Attorney The candidate will join defense law firm with diverse medical malpractice trial and litigation practice. Will handle Written Discovery, Records Review, Legal Research. Client Meetings, Brief and Motion Practice, Depositions and Hearings. Trial Practice. Should possess a strong work ethic and desire to develop a defense trial practice. Must also possess good written and verbal communication skills. Experience in litigation, preferably medical malpractice and other medically related litigation.
