Research legal issues and draft motions for various federal cases. Ability to effectively interview witnesses for cases or motions and adequately document for team. Requirements : The candidate must possess superior advocacy, interviewing, and writing skills. Proven ability to handle large document review is also required, along with the ability to work independently. 1-2 years experience required. Superior organizational skills as cases typically involve thousands of documents. Ability to balance large case load, multiple deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
