Litigation Paralegal The candidate assists in the preparation of case from inception to conclusion including drafting of documents, organizing and coordinating document production, preparing for and attending depositions, preparing for and attending trials, mediations, arbitrations and associated motions and evidentiary hearings. Must have 2+ years' experience working in a professional services firm Preference given to candidates with FRP, CLA, or CP certifications. Experience using Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience in the areas of construction defect is a plus.
