Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing, finalizing, filing, and serving an array of legal documents and correspondence, Reviewing final documents to ensure they are in the proper format for court acceptance, Conducting research, reading legal articles, and locating case law citations upon request Outstanding time-management skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Creatively conserving attorneys time, and coordinating activities and arrangements, Maintaining composure during stressful situations as a result of workloads and/or deadlines, Respect and courtesy to all other employees, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Courteous and professional demeanor, Operating a variety of office equipment to process information and generate documents, Possessing a familiarity and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Adobe, Amicus, and Netdocs are required. Ability to independently assess and determine work priorities. Interpreting complex instructions, rules and regulations, policies, and procedures, Maintaining attorney-client privilege and the confidentiality of protected health information, General knowledge of the legal field and professional office practices are required.
