Business Litigation Attorney / Associate (1st Year) The candidate will obtain a wide variety experience, while working in a fast-paced environment with a team of trial lawyers, paralegals, and secretaries. Must have an interest in litigation and have excellent oral argument and writing skills. This is an opportunity to gain valuable litigation skills for depositions, hearings, and trial. Represent clients and handle client cases independently; Attend and conduct court hearings; Conduct excellent research and writing of pleadings; Must work efficiently, and exercise good legal judgment; Establish and maintain case work quality and consistency; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Maintain a high-level of communication with staff. Experience of 1 year (Required). Bar (Required).
