Legal Secretary The candidate will work for the firm that has specialize in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Probate Litigation. Responsibilities include: Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients, answer all phone calls and greeting clients, transcribing dictation, maintaining and organizing files, and drafting letters to clients. Should have Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Associate's Degree preferred. Must type 60 wpm. Must be proficient in the use of WordPerfect /Microsoft Word and Quattro Pro/Excel, and have a general competence using the computer. Knowledge of transcribing and typing various legal documents needed.
