Paralegal - Litigation The candidate will assist with nationwide warranty litigation. Specifically, the paralegal is responsible for assisting attorneys in a fast-paced, high-volume, litigation discovery group servicing a major automotive manufacturer. The paralegal will assist in aspects of discovery and case management, including drafting discovery responses and document production. The paralegal will be relied upon to gather key information from internal and external databases in order to prepare matters for attorney review. The paralegal must demonstrate a successful track record of sound decision-making in the absence of detailed instructions and show that he or she can be relied upon to use common sense to do the job and any other assigned tasks. Should have Bachelor's degree. Paralegal/Legal Assistant Certificate from an ABA-approved organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Power Point, Excel, Outlook, use of internet, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications.
