Part-Time Of-Counsel Attorney The candidate will report directly to the Senior Partner and be responsible for researching and drafting legal articles on emerging regulations and their impact on clients. Work on a variety of client legal matters, with a focus on privacy and data security matters, in addition to complex commercial contracts, technology agreements, contract negotiations, and other commercial matters. Research and draft articles on new and emerging regulations and their impact on our clients. Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Help develop and implement data privacy and security compliance programs, policies, and training for our clients as needed. Review and draft potentially complex commercial agreements. Work closely with Senior Partner on additional general corporate client matters. The candidate should be a J.D. from a top law school. 3+years of experience working at a law firm or as an in-house counsel is required. Must be licensed to practice law. Proven track record of providing proactive, pragmatic legal counseling to business partners are essential. Should be an excellent communicator with impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills.
