Title : Oil & Gas Associate Attorney

Oil and Gas Attorney Duties: Review real property title documents and oil and gas related agreements Identify and analyze title issues within the chain of title Calculate ownership of surface, mineral, royalty and working interest owners Draft title opinions advising clients of ownership and title issues Draft documents relating to oil and gas transactions and property conveyances and curative. Analyze issues relating to federal, state and Indian lands. Will prepare oil and gas title opinions, and assist with transactions and litigation. Requirements : The candidate should be currently licensed attorney in good standing in the Ohio. Have 1 - 2 years of prior oil and gas title examination experience. Must have familiarity with various title and oil and gas related documents. Should have familiarity with various mineral interests and their effect on title Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
