Associate Attorney The candidate will join commercial litigation law firm. Will be assisting throughout all stages of the litigation process, from client development through trial and appeal. Researching and drafting briefs. Drafting and responding to discovery. Reviewing and organizing documents and exhibits. Assisting with depositions. Performing administrative functions related to the practice of law. Should have strong research and writing skills. Graduated towards the top of your class. One or more years of post-law school experience preferred. Clerkship experience preferred.
