Litigation Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience handling all aspects of civil litigation required. Must have a proven track record of successfully litigating contract disputes, residential and commercial eviction cases, property damage and commercial litigation cases to conclusion. Outstanding writing and oral advocacy skills are required, as well as strong academic credentials and admission in the Florida State Bar. Mastery of the Rules of Civil Procedure. Excellent writing, drafting and research skills essential. Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate risk. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet demanding deadlines, ability to multi-task, adjust to sudden changes in workflow, and maintain high quality standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work and think independently, to evaluate cases upon intake, to come up with solutions and to resolve issues.
