Associate Attorney The candidate will be litigating and managing different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, among others. Duties will include: filing lawsuits, drafting written discovery, defending and taking depositions, attending mediation, making court appearances and handling all other aspects of the litigation process under the supervision and guidance of the principal attorney. Will also assist in managing pre-litigation matters. Must also be organized, detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and have excellent written as well as oral communication skills.
