Immigration Attorney Duties : Will work in a broad range of immigration cases with a concentration in family immigration. Embrace handling a high volume case load, and will need to be committed to prompt client communication, timely and accurate document production. Requirements : The candidate should have 2 years' immigration law experience. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred. Verifiable knowledge of removal, asylum, family petition, waivers, u-visas, etc. Must have ability to handle a high volume of cases.
