Title : Trial Associate Attorney

Associate Duties: Support active litigation practice on high-profile, high-value cases in both state and federal courts throughout Texas. Will be involved in all aspects of the lawsuit process, from initial investigation of claims to drafting pleadings; composing and responding to written discovery to taking and defending oral depositions; briefing and arguing motions; and participation at hearings, trial and appeals. Will work one-on-one with experienced trial partners and will be delegated significant responsibility to develop and manage cases. Qualifications: Experience in all of these areas preferred. Persuasive writing skills, with the ability to clearly and simply communicate complex facts and legal concepts, are required. Judicial Clerkship or internship valued. Organized, self-starting skills are a must.
