Entry-Level Associate Attorney The candidate will draft, review and File Summons and complaints, Dispositive Motions, and other relevant responsive pleadings. Must be ready and willing to put in the work to succeed individually and to help us grow; aggressive, have effective communication skills, is highly motivated and hardworking; be able to provide the quality of work that clients have come to expect from a firm; admitted (or pending admission) in New York. Must have excellent written, oral communication, and research skills; appear at settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions; prior lender-side default services experience is a plus.
