Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will handle 95% civil litigation; 50% of construction litigation; 25% of business litigation; and 25% of a mix among employment and personal injury litigation. Should have NC State Bar license. Must be admitted to federal court license/certification. 2+ years prior law firm experience, either as an attorney, summer associate or intern is required. 1+ year of Civil Litigation experience is a plus. Should have experience (including interning or working as a summer associate during law school) in a litigation law firm. Must have strong academic writing skills.
