Real Estate Transactions Paralegal The candidate will prepare and review draft documents for attorney review and finalization, perform record searches, e-filing and recordings, UCC searches, order title searches, review title commitments and surveys, prepare closing statements, checklists and critical date schedules, etc. as related to loan closings, including SBA and other government-guaranteed loan programs, purchase and sale of commercial property and assist with closings and other services related to the support of attorneys in the execution of their client needs. Clients may be individuals, financial institutions, real estate developers or any other entity involved in real estate transactions. SBA loan experience is a plus. Should have relevant paralegal experience in a law firm or as an in-house paralegal within a company. Should exhibit a high degree of professionalism and self-confidence, be able to demonstrate successful working relationships, be self-directed, have a strong work ethic and dedication to client service, and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
