Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be a bi-lingual Spanish speaking litigation paralegal that is ready to handle cases in General District, Circuit, and Federal Court. Should be knowledgeable about all aspects of litigation from filings to discovery to mediation or trial, having both knowledge and experience in civil litigation, as well as the ability to manage a large caseload of files and all aspects of client care. Excellent organizational and writing skills are required. This position will work directly with a bilingual Spanish speaking attorney and work extensively with the Hispanic community. Should have excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the phone.
