Must have 3 years of experience as an executive compensation & employee benefits attorney representing parties in merger and acquisition transactions, as well as providing ongoing advice regarding structuring and executing compensation programes and agreements, executive hires and terminations, board and compensation committee support, and related matters. Must be licensed to practice law in NY.
