Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Case management. Reviewing medical records. Drafting responses to discovery requests and interrogatories. Drafting of complaints and motions. Answering telephone calls, assist with client inquiries. Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Familiarity with the Superior Court of New Jersey filing procedures. Familiarity with the NJ Courts eFiling. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Spanish speaking preferred.
