Associate Attorney-General Litigation or Construction Litigation The candidate' must have 1+ years experience - general litigation. Prior insurance defense and/or construction defect is preferred but not required. General Litigation - required; Insurance defense - Construction litigation experience is preferred but not required. Legal research and excellent writing skills. Should be a Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing; Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel; Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions; Respond to motions & discovery; Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
