Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate should be an experienced trial attorney to join its Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation practice. Should have prior prosecutorial experience with a California district attorney's office and have practiced for three to five years. This position will require periodic travel through California for court appearances and to conduct speaking events on self-defense laws and related issues. Additional responsibilities will require the employee to maintain a criminal and civil docket, complete research and writing assignments, and field questions related to California self-defense and other firearm and weapon laws.
