Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have a demonstrated history of working both independently and as a member of a team, and possess strong writing and research skills. An associate's or bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field and a paralegal certificate or equivalent is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and document management software required. Should have 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal. Experience with medical terminology, managing voluminous medical records, and/or medical malpractice litigation is a plus.
